Dr Arief is a credit to the surgery, he isn’t just a doctor there he cares. He recognised a potential issue and took no hesitation in sending me for further examination at hospital which turned out to be the right thing to do. After I returned home he called again to ask if there was anything I needed. We met again today as we wanted some reassurance from the hospital visit, he took his time and explained everything to us which put our minds at ease. Thank you Dr Arief

I would really recommend Dr Arief - especially with babies, he was excellent with my 5 month old daughter. He was very professional but clearly cares about his patients and their well-being. We would definitely see Dr Arief again.

It took me 3 days to finally speak to a Dr regarding my Mother. No fault of the Doctors. Each time i phoned the receptionist kept telling me there were no appointments left & to try the next day. This was very distressing as i only wanted a phone consultation. When Dr Arief phoned, he came across as very caring, calm, friendly, highly professional & understanding of my concerns relating to my Mum. He listened & put me at ease. He even had the time to phone in a couple of days to check if my Mother was ok & if i had any problems to get the medication. This was amazing. This is how a Dr should be. I have nothing but appraise for him.
